Authentic, Immersive Luxury
Island House LVM was founded in 2020 by international hotelier Grant Noble with a singular vision: to reimagine luxury hospitality in Turks & Caicos through bespoke villa experiences and exceptional property care. What began as friendly support for villa owners seeking professional management has now established Island House LVM as one of Providenciales’ most respected luxury villa specialists.
Today, Island House LVM offers a curated portfolio privately owned residences located in the most sought-after areas of Providenciales, including Grace Bay, Long Bay and Leeward. Each villa is distinct, yet all are united by a commitment to quality, style and five-star service.
We have developed a unique model, which combines the polish and resources of a resort, with the intimacy of a boutique experience. Guests arrive from around the world to experience the ease and indulgence of our hotel-level services in the privacy of a beautifully designed home. Our dedicated team brings vast past expertise from the luxury travel market, delivering an unmatched standard of excellence for every guest and villa owner.

Grant Noble is the founder of Island House LVM. A luxury hotelier and professional property manager, Grant boasts decades of international experience at some of the most sought-after hotels and private islands in the Caribbean, including General Manager roles at Seven Stars Resort and Spa, COMO Parrot Cay, and The Ritz-Carlton, Jamaica.
Grant has called the Turks & Caicos home for 12 years and is passionate about sharing the Island House LVM ethos and approach to luxury island hospitality, insisting on exceptional properties, people and service as standard.

I Made Sumantra possesses over 25 years’ luxury hospitality experience, including prestigious roles supporting the Ubud Royal Family and at COMO Hotels & Resorts in Bali and Parrot Cay. Island House LVM pride themselves on an intuitive, anticipatory approach, and I Made is the embodiment of this, motivated by providing bespoke, personalised service, ensuring every guest stay is restful, memorable and meaningful.

With over 20 years of technical and engineering experience in luxury hospitality, Chief Engineer Ramesh Ramaraju is a seasoned professional dedicated to excellence. Most recently, as Assistant Chief Engineer at Raffles Maldives Meradhoo, Ramesh led complex maintenance projects, ensuring compliance and preventative care for resort infrastructure. His strong technical background and hands-on leadership reinforce our commitment to maintaining the highest standards across all properties under our care.

With over 20 years’ high-level experience in luxury hospitality, and a passion for responsible, authentic travel, De’Anne’s expert sales representation, strong relationships and purposeful, quantifiable marketing consistently deliver exceptional revenues and results for Island House LVM and their stakeholders.

Yenni Maelianawati is a luxury hospitality marketer bringing almost 20 years’ experience to Island House LVM. Holding key roles at COMO Hotels and Resorts, including at Parrot Cay, and Shanti Hospitality Group, home to the celebrated Ananda in the Himalayas, Yenni is known for blending strategic expertise and global marketing best practice with warm, creative storytelling. Yenni first collaborated with Island House during its launch, shaping its digital presence and visual identity, and returned full-time in 2025 to oversee the marketing and revenue functions.

Seasoned Property Manager Monique joined the Island House team in 2023 and acts as the vital connection between villa owners and guests, ensuring each stay is flawless from start to finish. With a career spanning operational roles over two decades for five-star hotel brands and luxury game reserves in her native South Africa, Monique’s reputation for exceptional guest service in remote, exclusive locations and her natural warmth, passion and attention to detail is ideally suited to Island House’s personalised, heartfelt brand of hospitality.

With 22 years of property and special project experience, Theresa has excelled in the property management industry in the Turks & Caicos since her relocation to the islands in 2012. Working with four of the leading property agents prior to joining the team at Island House, Therea’s path into luxury property management came naturally, through a combination of technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and a commitment to client satisfaction. With a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management, specialising in Projects and Risk, Theresa effortlessly handles complex villa operations for the benefit of Island House owners and guests.
