Grant Noble is the Principal and Founder of Island House LVM. With over 45 years’ expertise in luxury hospitality and villa management, Grant’s hospitality journey began in his early teens, when working during the school holidays, he discovered a passion and natural aptitude for hospitality with his signature approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences at every level.
Quickly rising through the ranks, Grant was soon to hold senior leadership roles with world-class brands such as Champneys, Ritz-Carlton, and the iconic COMO Hotels & Resorts Turks & Caicos property, Parrot Cay.
In 2020, during the Covid pandemic, Grant quickly identified a gap in the Turks & Caicos market for a new style of villa management company led by experienced hospitality professionals. Inspired to combine the individuality of private villas with the attentive service of a five-star resort, he founded Island House LVM. Today, he focuses on personally forging strong relationships with villa owners, acquiring unique new properties, and ensuring that every island stay reflects the company’s passion for authentic, inspiring hospitality and experiences.
“Personalised service exceeding the needs of our owners and guests is at the heart of what we do,” Grant says. “It’s about creating unique and meaningful moments each and every time.”
