Her 15 year professional journey includes serving as a Police Officer within the Turks and Caicos Islands, where she specialised in compliance, risk mitigation, and streamlining departmental operations. This experience, combined with a background in finance and customer relations, led her into luxury villa operations.
With a career defined by an ability to balance rigorous systems with refined service, an essential combination in luxury villa management, Kimberley’s experience and credentials include:
- Master of Business Administration from the University of Bedford, with advanced training in Logistics, Supply Chain and Human Resource Management
- 5 years’ experience in the banking sector, providing financial oversight and budget management skills
- Over 5 years’ Hospitality and Assistant Teacher experience, strengthening her people-centric approach.
This multidisciplinary background allows Kimberly to oversee everything from vendor coordination and maintenance planning to owner relations and guest experience, ensuring each property is managed with precision and care.
