Before joining Island House LVM, Antoneil spent 15 years in the airline industry, where he developed a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of what exceptional service looks like at the highest level. The transition into luxury villa management allowed Antoneil to harness his natural ‘people’ skills, creating meaningful, personalised experiences while maintaining impeccable operational standards and an environmentally minded approach.

With over 15 years’ experience in service-driven industries, Antoneil brings a calm, structured, and guest-focused attitude to property operations management. His career spans aviation, environmental work, and hospitality, allowing him to balance efficiency with care and sustainability. His experience and credentials include:
- Operations Manager, Island House LVM – overseeing guest experience and property management
- 15 years in the airline industry, including managing premium airport lounges for first- and business-class passengers in Kingston, Jamaica
- Qualified airline trainer, delivering customer service training as well as regulatory and recurrent compliance programmes
- Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Sciences from the University of Technology in Jamaica.
- Experience working on beach conservation projects with Jamaica’s national environmental body
