Guests can browse detailed villa pages, amenities, and galleries to find the perfect match for their stay.
Check Real‑Time Availability
Guests can view live availability directly through our Reserve Your Stay feature. Island House LVM uses SynX is as our booking engine. When browsing a specific villa page, simply scroll tot he sub‑menu and select “Reserve Now” to open that villa’s dedicated booking calendar.
From there, guests can
- View the full availability calendar for the selected villa Select arrival and departure dates
- Select preferred available rates Instantly generate a full quote
- Enter guest details to place a reservation request

Payments & Confirmation
Securing Your Booking
A deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in the booking documentation. To find out more, please click here.

We accept major payment methods or bank transfer. Please note that there is an additional 5% fee for credit card payments.
Final Confirmation

Guests can enhance their villa experience with private chef services, ranging from relaxed daily breakfasts to fully curated dining throughout the day. Each menu is crafted with care, reflecting guest preferences, dietary needs, and the spirit of island living.
Chef Services Include:

- Dietary‑specific or themed menus Wine pairing and bar service, supported by the Private Butler
All chef arrangements are coordinated through our Concierge Team, who manage availability, menu planning, and scheduling.
Included vs. Optional Chef Services
Our larger villas include a dedicated Private Chef as part of the stay. For villas that do not include chef services, our Concierge Team can arrange a private chef at an additional cost, ensuring every guest has access to a personalised culinary experience.
