Experience and Qualifications

With 6 years of experience in hospitality, Vanessa has built a diverse and adaptable career. She began her journey with an internship at The Diplomat Country Club and Spa in Florida, where she rotated through all areas of resort operations and discovered her passion for property management. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management, she returned home to Turks & Caicos and worked across a variety of roles, including front desk and concierge positions at Grace Bay Club Resorts and various roles within Point Grace Resorts, including working in the accounts department. Vanessa also worked at the National Health Insurance Board as a registration officer, and was then promoted to a Patient care manager. In 2023, she joined Island House LVM, where she also temporarily took on the role of Property Manager alongside her concierge duties, a challenge that showcased her multitasking ability and leadership skills.
