Turquoise Villa

Dear Island House Team,

I wanted to thank ALL of you for our stay at Villa Turquoise earlier this March (6th-12th) and for all the efforts from your entire team for making our time feel flawless and memorable.  This was our 4th time visiting Turks and Caicos but was by far the best trip yet.  Villa Turquoise was truly perfect for our group and all the home’s amenities and what it came equipped with ensured that our stay was flawless.  There was NOT ONE moment that our needs were not met, and we are incredibly grateful for your attention to detail and thoughtfulness.

I want to extend an extra shoutout / Thank you to our butler, Putra.  As some of you may know, travelling with small children sometimes does not feel like a vacation for parents!   Putra’s presence each day in the home made it incredibly relaxing for all of us in that we did not need to worry about the tasks that keep you from enjoying your vacation (breakfast, prepping kids snacks, clean up, packing beach bags, laundry, groceries, etc).  He made all of us feel at home immediately upon arrival and our three children were beyond delighted to see him every morning when they woke up and to enjoy his chocolate chip pancakes.  We are so grateful for the care, time and attention that he gave to our family during our stay as it truly elevated our experience and ensured that we, as parents, had time to actually relax and enjoy ourselves.  Thank you, again, for your generosity!  And please pass on these kind words to Putra 😊  We miss him already and can’t wait to come back next year!

This was the bachelorette trip of my dreams!!!! We had 10 girls stay in the fully staffed villa. The experience felt like a private all inclusive resort. The assistance for booking all of our excursions or rides was effortless.  The house was even more perfect in person.

When we arrived, not only did the staff care for us like we lived there but they were kind, proactive, attentive and really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best trip ever.

The meals we had were delicious, coffee and drinks were made as we wanted or needed, all of our requests were fulfilled almost immediately.

I can’t recommend this experience enough!!! . 12/10, cannot wait to come back!!!
