Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be notified in writing to Island House LVM and will take effect on the day received by the company. The Island House reservations department will confirm and acknowledge in writing the receipt of the cancellation and advise of any applicable charges.

The following scale of charges will be payable based on the arrival date at the hotel:

90 days or more prior to arrival – no charge  

89 days or less prior to arrival - 50%  

60 days or less prior to arrival – 100%  

Refunds will not be made for no-shows or if guests cut short their stay after arrival. Island House LVM strongly recommend that all guests are adequately covered by their insurance policy for such charges.

Any change to a booking, including, without limitation, a decrease in the number of persons staying at the Property or the duration of your stay, or exceptions to Property use restrictions, requires the prior written agreement of Island House LVM and may be subject to additional fees and terms and conditions as a variation to this agreement

COVID 19 RELATED CANCELLATIONS:    

In the event international travel restrictions are introduced before the scheduled arrival date, which prevent travel to and from the Turks & Caicos Islands - outside of December 21, 2023 – January 3, 2024 - we will allow full changes, or cancellation without a charge, up to 72 hours before scheduled arrival date. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

For Festive reservations (December 21, 2023 - January 3, 2024) Reservations will be cancelled at no charge and payments used as a credit toward future stay. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
