Yenni Maelianawati is a luxury hospitality marketer bringing almost 20 years’ experience to Island House LVM. Holding key roles at COMO Hotels and Resorts, including at Parrot Cay, and Shanti Hospitality Group, home to the celebrated Ananda in the Himalayas, Yenni is known for blending strategic expertise and global marketing best practice with warm, creative storytelling.

Yenni first collaborated with Island House during its launch, shaping its digital presence and visual identity, and returned full-time in 2025 to oversee the marketing and revenue functions.

Yenni first collaborated with Island House LVM during its inception,playing an integral role in shaping the brand’s digital presence and visualidentity. Drawn by the brand’s heartfelt approach to authentic hospitality, sheeventually returned full-time to lead the marketing and revenue functions. Inher current position, she oversees digital campaigns, partnerships, guestexperience, and owner relations.

“My goal is to create value for our guests, our owners, and our team,”Yenni explains. “Every detail matters, and everything we do should feelmeaningful, thoughtful, and personal.”

Experience and Qualifications

Yenni’s professional background is underpinned by formal training froma leading Indonesian hotel school, a diploma in Direct & Digital Marketing,and additional certifications from Cornell University and the CharteredInstitute of Marketing.

She has delivered brand and marketing campaigns for blue-chip clientsand has led activations at global cultural events such as the Frieze Art Fair.Her strength lies in balancing a sharp commercial mindset with a deepunderstanding of the luxury market and a natural empathy that defines herleadership approach.

“For me, success lies in creating experiences that are not onlyeffective but unforgettable,” she shares.
