This house was heaven sent! I had the absolute best time for my Birthday trip with my friends in this home. It literally couldn’t have gone any better The view is stunning from each room, the decor/ modern design is simply perfect, the guest house is an added luxury bonus, the beach to pool distance is unheard of and the entire staff was SUPER accommodating, attentive to our needs, proactive, kind and yet not invasive! Great chef too! Plus to top it off all of the excursions picked us up right in the backyard (the ocean) at the house! 15/10 highly recommend! Book this before someone else does because truly wow

This place was a dream….this place is gorgeous, and the privacy was amazing!!!! We always felt very safe here, which is very important to us. It exceeded our expectations. From the awesome welcome at the villa, the amazing breakfast lunch and dinners by Chef Rupak, the butler Kady taking care of our every need, the help of Vanessa with our awesome excursions, and Antoneil making sure everything was going smoothly. It was an awesome vacation for our fam! We will be back, and we will be asking for Rupak and Kady….we loved them🥰 They were an amazing team…Kady is the sweetest!!!!

Can’t say enough about Jaiden (Butler) and Rupek (chef). They were absolutely wonderful. They both went above and beyond and gave our family the most wonderful week.

Overall, our stay was great. The house is very beautiful and accommodating. It's actually better in person than with the picture show. There were a few minor things with communication during the stay I feel could have been better. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my time here.

I booked for my birthday weekend, villa was very clean. Any issues were always taken care of in a timely manner. Chef kanna that chocolate cake was 100/10 my group could not stop talking about. Would definitely revisit.

Absolutely fabulous stay at the haven house for my birthday. The entire crew, chef, butler and staff were extremely kind and attentive. Suma was always checking in to see how we were doing and if we had any special requests. He even accommodated a lovely surprise fireworks show on the beach for my birthday party. Our party of 13 had a blast with Javen accommodating our drinks and shots requests. :)

Would definitely like to be back !

We stayed here on our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. The house was VERY private, clean and remote (but still close enough to town and restaurants). The house staff was great, however there was a small language barrier for us when it came to getting some of the groceries we wanted. Other than that the trip was perfect.

Amazing.

We had the best time and we’re already talking about going back. The house was perfect. The set up, location, and everything. We did not utilize the chef as we both like to cook ourselves and thought it would be awkward to have a chef just for us. I would highly recommend the house to others.

Absolutely breathtaking. When we weren’t captivated by the amazing views we enjoyed the properties lush butterfly filled gardens, chased geckos and iguanas, followed hermit crabs, kayaked through the private cove, and had snorkeling adventures in the coves fish filled rocks. The staff anticipated our every need with perfectly timed cocktails and delicious coconut's. There was no need to bring sunscreen or bug spray as they were fully stocked. Le Labo products in the bathroom kept our skin and hair soft throughout our stay. Our meals were all delicious and beautifully presented with fresh flowers. They kept things interesting by changing where we had dinner throughout our 8 night stay. The little details like teddy bears in robes added to the memories that I’m sure my 7 and 5 year old sons will remember for their lifetime. I highly recommend staying at this gorgeous resort of a property.

The most beautiful villa for spending quality family time. The staff deserve a special mention as they were very kind, accommodating & flexible. The service was exceptional and the whole ambiance was truly wonderful.

Best trip ever.

My wife and I celebrated our 70th Birthday at Emerald Bay Villa. We spent 16 days at the villa and it was magical. Villa is impeccable. Staff treated us like celebrities each and every day. Budi took care of every our wish. Chef Bagus is so talented. Each meal was an event. Rosa kept all our rooms clean, she even found the time to pack and unpack our luggage. We can’t wait to come back to Emerald Bay villa and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

Best Vacation Ever

What an incredible experience. I mean everything was absolutely amazing. The villa was pristine, comfortable and luxurious. Budi, Rosa, Carlo & Bagus make a phenomenal team and they were our family by the end of the trip. I hope to be back so soon. This is my new happy place! Thank you so much for the best vacation I’ve had in years.

Villa Cielo is a dream! Everything is exactly as the photos show. The place is gorgeous. Putra the Butler and Afkar the Chef were both amazing and went above and beyond. The host was very responsive prior to our arrival and the concierge assisted us with reservations. We were here with our young adult children and we all had such an amazing stay. Highly recommend.
