HOW PRIVATE DINING WORKS

A gentle guide to enjoying your Private Chef experience at Island House LVM

Private Dining at Island House LVM is designed to feel effortless from the moment you arrive. Whether your villa includes a Private Chef or you’ve chosen to add the service, here’s a simple overview of how everything works.

1. Before You Arrive

Our Concierge team will reach out to begin planning your dining experience. This is the perfect time to share:

  • Your preferred meal times
  • Any favourite dishes or ingredients
  • Dietary requirements (halal, vegan, vegetarian, gluten‑free, allergies etc)
  • Children’s preferences
  • Special occasions or celebrations

We can also provide sample menus to help guide your selections.
If your villa does not include a Private Chef, we can arrange one for you in advance. Rates begin at USD $450 for breakfast service
for 1–10 guests.

2. Grocery & Pantry Stocking

To ensure your villa feels ready from the moment you step inside, we offer a grocery stocking service.
Simply share your list, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Groceries are charged at cost
  • A 15% stocking fee applies
  • Food & beverage costs are separate from Private Chef services

Your chef can also advise on ingredients needed for your chosen menus.

3. During Your Stay

Your Private Chef will prepare three daily meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with light snacks. Their schedule is flexible and can be shaped around your family’s rhythm:

  • Slow, easy breakfasts
  • Poolside lunches
  • Beachfront barbecues
  • Elegant dinners at home

Your chef is dedicated exclusively to your villa, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience throughout your stay.

4. Dietary Needs & Special Request

We take great care in accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions. Whether you require halal meals, plant‑based dishes, gluten‑free options, or allergy‑sensitive preparation, your chef will tailor menus with attention and care.

For the smoothest experience, please share these details with our Concierge before arrival so we can source the right ingredients.

5. Additional Notes

  • Food & beverage costs are not included in the Private Chef service
  • Menu planning can begin prior to arrival
  • We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during high season
  • Your chef is exclusive to your villa and not shared with other properties
