1pc local Lobster tail
1pc Lemon Juice
Pinch of paprika
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drizzle
local grown Sprouts for garnish
½ pc local Avocado, small wedges
½ cup Mango, julienne
¼ cup Sweet Pepper, julienne
2pc Cherry Tomatoes, cut halves
2Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ pc Lemon juice
Salt and pepper for taste
Parsley leaves for garnish
Mix the vegetables in a small bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.

1tsp yellow Mustard
4Tbsp Butter
1tsp Honey
2tbsp Cooking Cream
